High Point Pest Control Co. keeps a small team on purpose. The technician who inspects your crawlspace is usually the one who comes back for the follow-up, so nobody has to start over reading someone else's notes. Most of our work is in High Point, so we know which neighborhoods sit on clay that stays wet, which streets back onto creeks, and which decades of houses tend to have which problems.

We do termite inspections and treatment, NC wood-destroying insect reports for home sales, mosquito yard treatments, mouse and rat control with exclusion, bed bug treatment, and general pest control for ants, roaches, spiders, crickets, wasps and other household pests.
We don't do fumigation (tenting), commercial food-plant work, or wildlife removal like raccoons, bats or snakes. When a job needs one of those, we say so and point you to the right kind of company.
How we work
- We inspect before we treat, and we explain what we found and the price before any product goes down.
- Products are applied by their label. We tell you which areas to keep children and pets out of and for how long.
- Termite work always comes with a written proposal, a diagram and a written agreement, as North Carolina's rules require.
- Baits, sealing and traps come first where they'll do the job, so we use less spray inside the house.
- If a pest covered by your plan comes back between visits, call and we'll come back.
