Angi's termite cost guide (updated September 2026) puts most professional termite treatment between $75 and $1,750. It lists liquid termiticide at $3 to $16 and bait at $8 to $12, priced by the linear foot of foundation. Repairs are separate: Angi lists $250 to $1,000 to replace a few damaged boards and up to $6,000 for structural repairs.
North Carolina's guide to termite agreements says every termite contract must be in writing and include the license number and phase, a foundation diagram, re-inspection terms, re-treatment conditions and the total price. When you compare proposals, compare those terms as well as the price.

What moves a High Point quote
Bait systems are priced by the foot of foundationCrawlspace homes take longer to inspect and treat than slab homes, especially when the clearance is low or there's no vapor barrier. Termite work is priced by the linear foot around the foundation, so additions, porches and attached garages all add to it. A few ants is usually one visit, while German roaches through a whole kitchen take two or three. Finished basements and blocked crawlspace doors add time. Plans cost less per visit than one-time calls and include re-treatment between visits.
